1-on-1 Coaching
Nutrition is more than the food you eat - it is about meeting your goals while also acquiring tools to create a sustainable lifestyle that works for your body, not against it. During the monthly nutrition coaching you will receive weekly check-ins through call and/or email. This will include a variety of progress checkpoints that are tailored to your needs.

1-Time Nutrition Consult
This is a 60 min in person or FaceTime consult. We will discuss your current nutrition and training regimens as well as other lifestyle factors in order for me to get a better sense of you. We will also talk about your goals and how to meet them. After this consultation, you will receive a Kokoro Sports Performance Resource Sheet.
Food Shopping with Coach
Your coach will meet you at the grocery store of your choosing in the NWA area. We will go grocery shopping together in order to learn how to make healthier and budgeted choices. As we shop together, we can discuss meal hacks, shopping list tips and more. This is a chance for you to ask any questions you may have. You will receive a follow up email including a Kokoro Sports Performance Synopsis + Grocery Shopping List.
Nutrition Seminar
Seminars allow for the opportunity for a group of people to be coached and trained on key aspects of nutrition.
