After having an unhealthy relationship with food working with Kokoro was a tremendous help. Lexy was able to help me trim my body fat down before building back up my weight with lean muscle to help me feel confident with my weight to walk on and play football for the Arkansas Razorbacks. Lexy is a phenomenal coach who cares more about fitness, how a personal feels in their body and their performance than numbers on scale and will relate to each client as a person and bring out the best in them.

Working with Lexy was a game changer for me. As someone who has a broad understanding of weight training, I always struggled with the diet portion when it came to cutting weight and keeping results. We made adjustments in my diet over 3 months to help me meet goals of improved gym performance and body composition. Lexy is very knowledgeable and is a pleasure to work with- living in North Carolina we had to adjust call times accordingly and that was always easy to manage.

This was an enlightening process. I was able to lean out and maintain strength and improve my running times. I learned a sustainable lifestyle that allows for healthy eating and consistent exercise. I also learned to trust myself in regard to diet and exercise and learn how to adjust for my life and level of activity.

Lexy was great to work with! In CrossFit, I was able to string 10 HSPU in a row and I also had more stamina in other gymnastics movements that were tougher for me before. My strength also improved…before working with Lexy my front squat PR was 175, I am now doing 175+ for 3 reps. My back squat feeds great too. It was also great to see my before and after photos and tracking progress that way because the scale wasn’t much different from the beginning. My clothes fit good and I feel more “compact” overall.
