Gait Assessment

Our feet are our foundation. Have you ever sat and thought about your feet? (probably not) Well they are amazing, they hold our bodies up, take us places and are the first thing to absorb all shock when you walk/run. We need to take care of our feet and strength them to ensure the integrity of the rest of our body! The foundation of your feet can help or be the cause of several other tweaks and injury sites in the rest of our bodies. During this assessment we check your gait(how you walk or run), your feet and their strength. After the assessment you will be shown and receive a resource sheet on foot exercise to do to strengthen your feet so that you have a more solid foundation in your movement.

**Gait assessment (30 min) and will receive foot strengthening exercises


Movement Assessment

Are you in pain? Inefficient at movement? Wanting to improve your movement patterns in general?

What you do consistently your body adapts to. Our bodies are so very smart, resilient, and adaptable. Through a movement assessment there are many things we can evaluate, predict and correct. There are things called “Anatomy Trains” or lines of fascia that give our body movement, determine the integrity of our movement and how our muscles and tissue grow and adapt. Slowing a movement down can tell you a lot about your body and what patterns have been created over time. Once we have determined patterns and inefficiencies you will receive a personalized 4 week accessory program to address what we found and improve any patterns that may be a hindrance or accessory work that is an addition to your already great movement.

Recovery Seminar

Seminars allow for the opportunity for a group of people to be coached and trained on key aspects of recovery.

Some suggestions on seminar topics for recovery are:
