1-on-1 Coaching

Whether you are training for a sport, competition, or simply want to improve your overall health, 1-on-1 fitness training can help you accomplish it all. We will begin by going through a Movement Assessment in order to get a better idea of how your body functions. After this assessment, we will discuss your specific needs and your goals. From there, I will create a plan to improve both.


Youth Sport Training

Over the course of training teams and individuals, I have seen how important building a foundation for sports performance at a young age is. It is vital for health, injury prevention and longevity in the sport as well as for the individual person. Whether it is a Movement Assessment, sport specific improvement, pure strength, balance, agility or speed, we can better your child’s ability to perform at a high level. 

**13-16 year-olds

**This can be done via a 1-on-1 training session or in a group.


Lifting Technique Session

A technique session is for an experienced athlete who is looking for a critical coaching eye. During these sessions we will evaluate your current lifting form and pinpoint weak spots that are either inefficient or could lead to injury. Together we will begin to create new movement patterns to improve your lifts, movement and overall well-being.


Remote Fitness

Just because you don’t live in the NWA area doesn’t mean you cannot get personal coaching to improve your fitness.

With Remote Fitness, you will receive workouts based on your current level, goals and equipment supply. First, you will complete a Fitness Test and Evaluation. From there, we will create a personalized program to increase your performance.

Training Seminar

Seminars allow for the opportunity for a group of people to be coached and trained on key aspects of training.

Some suggestions on seminar topics for training are:

  • Coaches clinic

  • Importance of strength foundation

  • Youth lifting foundation

  • Olympic vs. powerlifting

  • How to move more efficiently
